Fifty years ago, on July 20, 1969, astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin became the first men to walk on the moon as fellow crew member Michael Collins kept watch in the command module overhead. Their historic trip is being remembered across the country and here in Southern California where the Apollo rockets were built.  NBC4 has the story.
