Rich Harbour, who as a young kid hung around with the earliest Seal Beach surfing legends, and ended up becoming one of the biggest, died Harbour, 77, died on Sunday, July 11, surrounded by family and friends at his Seal Beach home.
Harbour’s surfboard shop, which had become a mainstay on Main Street since 1962, turned out over32,000 boards in its time.
