With its historic pier overlooking the majestic Pacific Ocean and quaint Main Street, Old Town Seal Beach has long been the perfect setting for Southern California’s most scenic and beloved Classic Car Show. After more than a year of Pandemic shutdowns, the event can’t come soon enough for many locals, business owners and car enthusiasts. This year, for the first time ever, Car Show spectators will be able to sit among the classic cars in restaurant parklets while enjoying a meal, beverages, or a favorite treat. The Seal Beach Classic Car Show takes place Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Main Street in Seal Beach, California.

This year’s car show will showcase 534 classic cars, hot rods, custom cars, antiques and local public officials. The event is free and open to the public, with ample free parking at the Naval Weapons Station in Seal Beach, with pedestrian access and passenger drop off to the event. Due to COVID-19, the shuttle service will not be available this year. Visitors are encouraged to drop off their passengers at the parking lot at the corner of Electric Avenue and Main St. and follow the turnaround on Electric Avenue back to the Naval Weapons Station’s Liberty Gate on Seal Beach Boulevard, between Electric Avenue and Pacific Coast Highway, where parking for the Car Show will be free and available from 8:30am to 5pm.

Festivities include live music throughout the day from four bands playing on two stages, featuring Down the Hatch and The Bierman Brothers Band in the morning and Stevie Nicks Illusion Tribute Band and OC Ragdoll Band in the afternoon. Motorheads will once again enjoy a Cacklefest in Nitro Alley in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Young and old can enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast or hotdog lunch, provided by the Seal Beach Lion’s Club at the foot of the pier.

The 33rd Annual Seal Beach Classic Car Show is an official event of the Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce and the City of Seal Beach, and could not happen without the support of g support of generous sponsors, including: Title sponsor – G & M Oil, OPGI, Mothers Market & Kitchen, The Sun Newspaper, Republic Services, City of Seal Beach, F & M Bank, Anderson Brothers Design & Supply, Ferguson Realty and Alamitos Eyecare.
