Notre Dame outscored Los Al in a strong second quarter 16-0, and hen used a punishing defensive line to hold on for a 47-32 win in the second round of the CIF Division II playoffs.
The win ends the Griffin season with a 9-2-1 mark. Notre Dame (9-3) will now host undefeated No. 1 seed Moreno Valley (12-0) in next week’s semi-final match.
