The Los Alamitos started Friday night’s football game with an 85-yard runback for a touchdown and never looked back as the Griffins (5-1, No. 6 in CIF Div. II) thumped Fountain Valley 69-0 in their Sunset League opener.
The opening kickoff runback by Oscar Brown began a parade which saw Los Al score on all seven of its first-half possessions and give the starting Varsity players a short night.
