The City of Los Alamitos is excited to announce the Parklet Series, a sequence of events running Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays for four (4) consecutive weeks beginning Thursday, April 14, 2022 through Saturday, May 14, 2022.
The City is re-imagining this area of Pine Street, as a town center for the community to come together. The Parklet Series will serve as the beginning to help stimulate the local economy by drawing in customers to your business.
The Parklet Series will feature various scheduled activities and entertainment for the community ranging from a live concert on Thursdays, movies presented on an inflatable screen on Fridays, and vendors on Saturdays. Please be informed that parking and noise may be increased during these dates. For safety concerns, the structure of the event will result in temporary street closures on the evenings of Thursday and Fridays from 4PM to 9PM and Saturday mornings from 7AM to 12PM.
We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity by marketing your business to coincide with the Parklet Series and reaching out and inviting friends, family and neighbors to this community event.
