12. PUBLIC HEARING
A. Ordinance No. 2021-03 – Single Family Residential Parking
Requirement (Development Services)
During its August 25, 2021 meeting, the Planning Commission
recommended approval of Zoning Ordinance Amendment (ZOA 20-02)
amending Table 3-05 of Section 17.22.030 of the Los Alamitos Municipal
Code. The proposed Ordinance would limit parking requirements for single
family dwelling units to two enclosed garage spaces in any zone.
