Los Al TV presents coverage of the 38th annual Seal Beach Holiday Parade which is once again hosted by the Seal Beach Lions Club in association with the City of Seal Beach.
We once again had issues with the wi-fi speed in the area (which causes the video stream to continuously and frustratingly buffer as it is transmitted), the final product turned out great.
