Rossmoor Vet “pays it forward” and backwards for military at local Chick Fil-A

Seal Beach Chuck Fil-A owner-operator Scott Carr, a former military pilot, has always been very generous to local military men at his Chick Fil-A location at the Shops at Rossmoor. That generosity got augmented big time this past week when 92-year old Ed Rusinek, picked up the tab for the many active military personnel who dropped in to buy a meal.
