The City announced the neighborhood winners of their annual Holiday Holiday Decorations contest

Drive around and check out the cool presentations.  The city will rec department will also be hosting a drive-thru pet vaccination clinic on Saturday.

YAHOO NEWS:  Trident University International Helps to Raise Money for Local Military Families

Trident University International (Trident) was proud to partner with Joint Base Los Alamitos and the Los Alamitos Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual Adopt-a-Family program, culminating in December, raising $7,130 for 62 military families in the Adopt-a-Family program.


PATCH:  How Much Rain Did Los Alamitos Get In Tuesday’s Storm?

The heavy winter storm that surged through the Southland incited traffic chaos, flood warnings and a whole lot of rain throughout Orange County. The county’s foothills received the most rain, but Orange County Public Works reported that Los Alamitos residents received .79 inches of rain during the winter storm.
