Rossmoor’s trash collector, CR&R, asked for the community’s patience as they try to meet state deadlines for the new three-cart trash collection system. The original plan was for the company to complete replacement of the existing cart lids with a three-color system by the end of January, but a “shortage of inventory” will delay that for at least a couple weeks.
