It turns out that nine former major league baseball players now call Canyon Lake (south of Riverside) their home. One of them is long-time Los Alamitos resident Greg Harris who spent 15 years in the big leagues. Greg and his wife Kelly moved to Canyon Lake a few years ago and soon he found himself reunited with his former LAYB (actually, Los Al Jr. Baseball then) all-star baseball coach, Jordan Ehrenkranz, who is now on the Canyon Lake City Council.
