It’s been a big week for the Los Alamitos receiving squad.
Makai Lemon, a junior who is one of the top national prospects committed to play his college football at Oklahoma, joining his quarterback, Malachi Nelson, who committed to play at Sooner-ville a few weeks ago.
But don’t worry, both players have two more years of high school football remaining. And if the returning Sunset league champs chances weren’t already good enough, the outlook for this year was further bolstered by the news that another top 2023 prospect, Deandre Moore Jr., will transfer from Desert Pines High of Las Vegas and return to Orange County to rejoin his Pop Wartner teammates Nelson and Lemon at Los Alamitos.
