SB Police seeking Help finding man with gun at Seal Beach shoe store

Just before 11 a.m. on Feb. 12, police received reports of a man with a weapon at Private Sneakers, a shoe store that was having a sale where special edition shoes were being sold.

Customers were in line outside along the sidewalk and two people got into an argument about cutting in line.  The OC Register has more details.
