Seal Beach Mayor Joe Kalmick announced in a Facebook post that he will be running for re-election to the Seal Beach City Council in November.
Hi everyone. It’s that time again. I want to announce that I am running for reelection to represent District 1 (Old Town and Surfside) on our Seal Beach City Council.
By the end of this year I will have served my first 4 year term, including the last 2 years as your Mayor, and believe that there have been a lot of positive accomplishments, in the face of probably the most difficult 3 year period in our City’s history.
We have a lot more to do here in the City and Old Town, and I would like to continue to be a part of maintaining our fiscal responsibility, and see projects that I’ve worked hard to develop come to fruition.
We’ll be talking specifics as we move through the campaign. And my thanks to all who have lent their support in the past.
