A collaborative effort by Group W Cable, the City of Seal Beach and SBTV-3 produced in 1985 to document the historical re-opening of the Seal Beach pier. After the pier was damaged during extreme storm conditions in 1983, the community spearheaded fundraising efforts to rebuild this extraordinary landmark. © All Rights Reserved
