Jessica Hubbard named new CEO of Casa Youth Shelter

Casa Youth Shelter, one of the area’s longest serving nonprofits, has announced the appointment of Jessica Hubbard as its new Chief Executive Officer. “We know you will join us in welcoming her to our House.
