Local Sailors help out with beach clean up

21 local sailors ported briefly at Seal Beach, took time to help clean up the city’s beaches earlier this month.

The crew, all assigned to the Bunker Hill which was in port at Naval Weapons Stations Seal Beach, volunteered for a Community Relations (COMREL) project to clear litter and debris from Seal Beach’s waterfront, March 5. The Bunkert Hill (CG-52) is a Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser.
