The Olson Company are the Seal Beach based Builders who have constructed two townhome communities in Los Alamitos – Sausalito Walk, and the recently opened Oak Walk.
But the company’s chief executive, Steve Olson, has more on his mind than affordable housing. He is also the owner of Onx Wines, and an award-winning vineyard located just southwest of Paso Robles. The LA Times and Daily Pilot has the story.
