Planners recommend Seal Beach adopt state-mandated rules for ‘granny flats’
The Seal beach Planning Commission formally recommended that the city adopt a Zoning Text amendment that would make city rules for accessory dwelling units (commonly called “granny flats”) consistent with state law.
