Costa Mesa’s finance director, Kelly Telford, is heading to Seal Beach.
Telford, who took the helm of the Costa Mesa Finance Department about a year and a half ago, will begin her duties in Seal Beach as director of finance and treasurer next week after finishing her last day in the Costa Mesa job on Friday.
