New year, new life for Seal Beach man and family
It’s a new year and for one local family which begins with continued struggles. After Steve Chafe and his family learned he in early November that he was suffering from a tumor in his brain stem, he underwent 10 ½ hours of surgery to remove the tumor, called an acoustic neuroma.
